"We engaged Steve to redesign and landscape our back garden. The work we wanted included a new patio, putting in some raised beds, fixing our boundary fence, putting in some new rear gates and finally laying artificial turf so we could use the garden more throughout the year and not just the summer.
The garden had suffered from problems with drainage so Steve put in some new drainage and even after the heavy rain that’s been recently falling, there have been no issues experienced. He also had some great ideas for how the garden could look such as the layout of the patio, using some oak sleepers for the raised beds and also putting some lights within the raised beds. He worked with us, talking through his ideas and how it could enhance our original plan to achieve the end result we were after. He had a great idea about the fence which saved us money as we did not need to replace any. These ideas have really enhanced the look of the garden and given us a space that suits our family and will be enjoyed for years to come.
Steve was great to work with, very professional and has done a great job. He has project managed the job efficiently, all materials arriving on time when required and cleaned up at the end of each day taking away the rubbish. He would strive to make sure it was ‘right’, sometimes slightly bordering on the obsessive. Overall we are really happy with the end result and would highly recommend him."
